Three suspected Baloch fighters have been killed in an armed clash with Pakistan’s Frontier Corps (FC) in the Gokdan area of Turbat, officials and local sources confirmed on Wednesday.

The clash reportedly began late Monday night when FC personnel launched an operation on a house believed to be sheltering armed fighters. According to local sources, the fighters opened fire, leading to a prolonged gun battle that continued for several hours.

The three men killed in the exchange have been identified as Nabeel Ahmed, son of Rasool Bakhsh Hoth, and Zakaullah Singhur, son of Ali Singhur — both residents of Gokdan — and Feroz alias Sarban, son of Allah Bakhsh, a resident of the Apsar area of Turbat.

Sources said the bodies remain in the custody of the Frontier Corps and have not yet been handed over to their families.

While Pakistani authorities confirmed the deaths of the three suspected Baloch fighters, no statement has been issued regarding any casualties among FC personnel during the latest clash.
